Edit the page structure of a PDF visually instead of by typing page numbers. The document is shown as a grid of page thumbnails, and you can rotate, delete, move and reorder pages directly on them, then apply everything at once. When you need to make several unrelated fixes to a scan and cannot easily list the page numbers in advance, this is faster than running the individual tools in sequence.
Use it when the edits are varied or when you need to see the pages to decide - a scan with two upside-down pages and a blank in the middle, say. If you already know you want to delete pages 4 to 9, the dedicated tool is quicker.
Yes. Nothing is committed until you apply, so you can experiment with the arrangement and reload the page to start over if it goes wrong.
No, this tool works at the page level only. To change words inside the document use the PDF Text Editor, and to add new text on top use Add Text to PDF.
Files are uploaded over an encrypted connection and processed on CoonTool's own server, not in your browser. The working copy is deleted automatically once the job is done, and in any case within 24 hours. Nothing is stored permanently and no account is required.
