Combine two or more PDF documents into a single file. Add all the PDFs you want to join, put them in the order you need, and the tool concatenates them into one document. This is the tool for assembling a report from separately produced sections, joining a batch of scanned pages, or bundling several invoices into one file to send on.
The files are joined in the order shown in the file list, and each file keeps its own internal page order. Sorting by filename is the usual choice for scans named page01, page02 and so on.
Bookmarks from the source documents are carried into the merged file. If the result needs tidying, use the Edit PDF Bookmarks tool afterwards to rename or restructure the outline.
Yes. Pages keep their original dimensions, so a merged document can contain a mix of A4 and Letter pages. Use Multi-Page Layout or Crop if you need them normalised.
Not directly - remove the password first with Remove PDF Password, then merge. An encrypted file cannot be read by the merge step.
Files are uploaded over an encrypted connection and processed on CoonTool's own server, not in your browser. The working copy is deleted automatically once the job is done, and in any case within 24 hours. Nothing is stored permanently and no account is required.
