Strip every annotation out of a PDF - comments, highlights, sticky notes, shapes and freehand markup. This is the last step after a review cycle, when a document has collected markup from several people and needs to go out clean. It removes the annotation layer only and leaves the page content exactly as it was.
No, this clears them all in one pass. To keep some, open the file in Annotate PDF and delete the ones you do not want individually.
Use Flatten PDF instead. That merges the annotations into the page so they still appear but are no longer separate objects.
Form fields are a different kind of object and are handled by Flatten PDF, which turns filled fields into fixed page content.
Files are uploaded over an encrypted connection and processed on CoonTool's own server, not in your browser. The working copy is deleted automatically once the job is done, and in any case within 24 hours. Nothing is stored permanently and no account is required.
