Stamp page numbers onto a PDF. You can set which corner or edge they sit in, which page the numbering starts on, what number it starts at, and the surrounding text. That last part matters more than it sounds: a document with a cover and two front-matter pages usually needs numbering to start at the fourth sheet but still read as page 1.
